Original French edition by Jean de la Fontaine. Prepared for the International Competition from the 11th World Art Bookbinding Biennial, held in Paris, France, in 2011. Technique: bound in “shagreen” goatskin, with a classic structure. On the cover, the figures, which allude to the fable of The Cicada and the Ant, are made with paper pulp, made by Elisa Luna, and painted in oil under the direction of Juana Inés Luna. The graphic idea emulates the Mexican codices. The title of the work and the author are made with hemp thread painted with acrylic. The endpapers are hand painted.29 x 20 cm 2010 – 2011
