Technique: the construction of the shawl, that is, the original cover, was intervened and sewn on a loom, with cotton thread, by the textile designer Mariel Andrea Tapia Luna. The loose leaves were hand-embroidered with human hair on Japanese paper to form the booklets, which have been sewn with blood-dyed cotton thread just like the edges of the book. The rebozo as an object of protection but also as one of the Mexican symbols under which a violent history is found. 17.5 x 13 cm 2017-2018
