About Binder: Insiya draws inspiration from both her birthplace in the desert of Rajasthan and the intensity of her hometown Mumbai. After receiving her Masters in Banking and Economy, she spent 15 years shaping the face of eCommerce.

During the following years, she left her position in the dot-com world to devote herself to art. Her art, a diverse canvas of artist books, paper cutouts, and photography, mirrors the meticulous exploration of patterns, illusions, and storytelling. Her work invites viewers to delve deeper, uncovering layers of meaning within the patterns and scenes she creates.

Her artist books are held at several national and international university collections like MIT, UC Berkeley, RISD and Baylor University among others.
