Engineered by Paul Klienberg who worked for Charles Juengst and moved to Easton, PA after the company was sold to American Assembling and then worked for TW & CB Sheridan after they aquired American Assembling in 1933. These trimmers were a common site at major directory and catalog facilities. The first units were sold to RR Donnelley the year before Sheridan bought the company.
