"Eendracht maakt macht" was originally the Dutch Republic's motto, but is now used by many other countries, including Belgium. This particular coat of arms is the crest of the Reformed Church in America (RCA), adapted from the coat of arms of Willem the Silent of Orange. The RCA is a branch of the Dutch Reform Church, established in the beginning of the 17th century.
