Bound in pale green smooth grain cloth with art nouveau stamped design in gilt, pale aqua, and green of an underwater scene. Green leafy plants grow from the lake bottom, with the water represented by horizontal aqua lines with extend to spine. Border and titles in gilt. Top edge gilt. Signed MA in bottom right corner. Compare to the Henry Van Dyke designed cover for Fisherman's Luck.
